When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. Free delivery then takes 6 to 12 days, or choose Express at checkout for 4 to 10 days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page with your order number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to go live.
Will I have to pay anything on delivery?
Never. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and UK VAT is already included in our prices. We cover any import duties and customs fees, so the price at checkout is the price you pay.
How do I choose my size?
Tap Find my size on the product page and enter your measurements; it compares them with the real measurements of the piece. Each page also lists the fit and how much the fabric stretches.
Can I return something if it doesn't work out?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, then another 14 days to send it back, unworn and with the tags on. Email contact@dearlova.com before sending anything and we'll tell you where to return it.
